Introduction
Fuse CS is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and human rights across all aspects of our operations and supply chains. We recognise our responsibility under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking, and we are resolute in our efforts to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Our Business
Fuse CS provides strategic consultancy and operational support services to clients across the UK public and private sectors. Our work is grounded in values-led leadership,
governance clarity, and reputation-first delivery. We operate with a lean internal team and a trusted network of subcontractors, partners, and suppliers.
Our Committment
We do not tolerate any form of modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking. Our commitment is embedded in our governance protocols, supplier onboarding processes, and contractual frameworks. We expect all those in our supply chain to share our values and uphold ethical labour practices.
Due Diligence and Risk Management
We undertake proportionate due diligence on new suppliers and subcontractors,
including:
- Verification of company credentials and workforce practices
- Review of policies on labour rights, whistleblowing, and grievance mechanisms
- Assessment of ESG alignment and ethical sourcing standards
Where appropriate, we include flow-down clauses in contracts to reinforce compliance
with the Modern Slavery Act and require annual declarations from key partners.
Training and Awareness
Fuse CS promotes awareness of modern slavery risks through:
- Internal briefings for staff and associates
- Inclusion of ethical conduct in onboarding materials
- Encouraging open dialogue and reporting of concerns.
We are committed to fostering a culture of vigilance and integrity.
Continuous Improvement
We review our policies and practices annually to ensure they remain fit for purpose. As
our operations evolve, we will continue to strengthen our approach to modern slavery
prevention, including:
- Enhancing supplier qualification checklists
- Mapping risk across new frameworks and delivery models
- Collaborating with partners to share best practice
Reporting Concerns
Any concerns relating to modern slavery or unethical conduct can be raised confidentially via your designated contact or by emailing us at fuse@fusecs.com or calling 01604 797979. We investigate all concerns thoroughly and take appropriate action.
