Fuse CS is committed to delivering measurable social value across all contracts and partnerships. This policy aligns with the UK Government’s Social Value Model and Procurement Policy Note (PPN 002), embedding fair work, inclusive growth, and ethical delivery into our operations.

Our Business
Fuse CS provides strategic consultancy and operational support services to clients across the UK public and private sectors. Our work is grounded in values-led leadership, governance clarity, and reputation-first delivery. We operate with a lean internal team and a trusted network of subcontractors, partners, and suppliers.
1. Covid-19 Recovery
Fuse CS is committed to supporting local recovery and resilience to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are taking the following actions:
- Create employment, re-training, and return-to-work opportunities for those impacted by COVID-19.
- Support remote working, flexible delivery, and sustainable travel solutions.
- Engage with communities to co-design services that respond to post-pandemic needs.
2. Tackling Economic Inequality
Fuse CS supports levelling up through fair work and inclusive growth. We are taking the following actions:
- Pay all staff and contractors at or above the UK National Living Wage.
- Maintain fair, prompt payment terms across our supply chain.
- Prioritise local recruitment, apprenticeships, and SME/social enterprise partnerships.
- Avoid exploitative contracts and ensure secure, predictable employment.
3. Fighting Climate Change
Fuse CS is actively embedding environmental responsibility into delivery. We are taking the following actions:
- Align with ISO 14001 and maintain an Environmental Management System.
- Reduce emissions through digital-first delivery, low-impact procurement, and efficient travel.
- Promote circular economy practices and responsible resource use.
- Engage staff and partners in sustainability initiatives.
- Publish and review our Carbon Reduction Plan. This is available on our website.
4. Equal Opportunity
Fuse CS champions diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. We are taking the following actions:
- Ensure inclusive recruitment and progression pathways for under-represented groups.
- Design services that are accessible to disabled people and those with complex needs.
- Provide mentoring, training, and support for disadvantaged individuals.
- Monitor and report on diversity metrics across contracts.
5. Wellbeing
Fuse CS promotes physical, mental, and community wellbeing. We are taking the following actions:
- Embed wellbeing principles into workplace culture and service design.
- Support staff volunteering and pro-bono contributions to local causes.
- Co-create delivery models with service users and community stakeholders.
- Provide safe, supportive working environments across all contracts.
Governance and Review
This policy was published on 15/10/2025.
This policy is reviewed annually and overseen by the Fuse CS Board. Social value KPIs are reviewed and subject to quarterly reporting. All subcontractors are required to meet our social value standards as a condition of working with us.
